ONE-ON-ONE INSTRUCTION
Focus under pressure… confidence when it counts. Our player consulting is customized to meet individual needs. We begin with an initial consultation in order to develop a strategically sound program for best results. Tailored to individual needs, services may include coaching for technique or for mindset, or a combination of the two. Programs may be conducted during the season or off-season and may range from one-day clinics, on-site training sessions, and phone consultations, and customized audio-files and CD’s to help when the Foul Shot Doc™ is not on the court with you.
In addition to providing corrective techniques, Coach Wolfson uses progressive relaxation and positive reinforcement for behavioral change and enhanced performance.
TEAM INSTRUCTION
Coach Wolfson regularly works with teams throughout the NY/NJ/PA tri-state area as well as Florida for parts of the year. He regularly travels to work with teams throughout the US. Team instruction includes a series of group and individual skills drills, relaxation and therapy techniques, and mental preparation best practices.
Having coached over 40 basketball teams, including 11 college teams, The Foul Shot Doc has worked with hundreds of players.
