Thanksgiving Thoughts

Wanted to wish everyone a wonderful Thanksgivng.

I live in a old stone house near the Delaware River that was an inn during colonial days. In fact, Martha Washington stayed here and there is even a 3 seater outhouse between the house and my garden. This time of year, I often think about the struggles our forefathers and foremothers (?) had just to survive.

Therefore, not only am I grateful for the fabulous family, friends and clients like yourself I get to share in my days with, but things I sometimes take for granted. Lightbulbs, electricity, cars instead of horses for transportation, not having to milk the cows, heat not dependent on dry wood and of course indoor plumbing.

Enjoy and be grateful and thankful. I certainly am.
